FINALLY, We would like to introduce to you Brewmanji, our first barrel aged sour beer, but certainly not our last! With 3 years in the making, Brewmanji started life as a porter brewed with blackberries, chili peppers and cane sugar. Destined to be aged in a barrel, it was transferred on top of nearly a pound of blackberry fruit per gallon of beer, and pitched with wild yeast and acid producing bacteria. Finally, after many changes and transitions, it is finally here!! Containing a balance of acidity, fresh purple berry and cherry aroma and just enough residual sugar to balance the beer and hints spice in the underlying malt base! Releasing January 25th!
