If you know our head brewer, Josh, then you know that this is his favorite style of beer. You’ll taste notes of raisisns, prunes, and spice, aged in toasted French Oak Spirals. 

Dubbel is the type of brew you’d drink in a  castle hall, with massive fireplace burning at one end and tables sweeping at least 100 ft. in each direction. Flagons of this fine ale would be served from the cask with large elk steaks and potatoes. 

*sub the elk steaks for an impossible burger for any vegetarians out there*
